Location of Le Havre

Le Havre is a city in the European Community in the former nation-state known as France. It is one of the largest seaports in the region and is known as La Porte Océane.

On 10 June 2146, the submarine base located in the city was attacked by jury-rigged mining and transport craft from Oceanus, crippling the underwater fleets docked there. On the same day, the submarine base at Yokohama was also targeted. These attacks directly led to inter-Combine peace talks aimed at addressing the struggle for independence by the united sea floor communities.
