General Antonio Rodriguez was the President of the Hispanic Commonwealth until his assassination in February 2144.
Personal Life[]
A graduate of the University of Mexico City, after which he did graduate studies in Kathmandu where he met Prince Uchida, Rodriguez was a Roman Catholic with Taoist leanings. Although he ruled the Hispanic Commonwealth with an iron fist, bending its laws to his own personal tastes, he was seen as a bit too mystical and internationally passive by some of the more aggressive citizens of the Hispanic Commonwealth.
